Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the agreement between you and Trendupia Ltd when you use trendupia.com or buy from us. Please read them before ordering. Last updated 3 September 2026.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Trendupia Ltd. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order.

Using our website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

You must not use the site fraudulently, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that damages it or interferes with other people’s use of it.

Who can buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom for personal use, not for resale.

Products

We take care to describe and picture products accurately. Images are for illustration and colours can look different between screens. Dimensions and specifications are those provided by our suppliers and are given in good faith.

If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, you may return it under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Product availability can change. Occasionally an item shows as available but turns out not to be, in which case we will contact you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

We try to keep prices accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.

Prices can change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

How a contract is formed

1. You place an order through the checkout.
2. We send an order acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but is not acceptance of it.
3. A contract comes into existence when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we cannot verify the payment, or we suspect fraud, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

Payment is taken when you place your order. If a payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are set out in our Delivery and Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

Cancellation and returns

You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. Full details, including how to cancel and how refunds work, are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not limit or exclude our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

We are not liable for business losses. We supply products for domestic and private use, and we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier failure, industrial action or supplier failure. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery time or, if the delay is substantial, allow you to cancel for a full refund.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, layout and the Trendupia name and logo, belongs to Trendupia Ltd or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email contact@trendupia.com with your order number and we will look into it. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
