Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on trendupia.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us
trendupia.com is operated by Trendupia Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Flat 2, 4 Mayfield Road, Manchester M16 8FT, United Kingdom. Email: contact@trendupia.com.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will send an order acknowledgement email. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, if payment is not authorised, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.
3. Products
We take care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and products. Products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition unless expressly stated. Please follow the instructions supplied with each product.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider and we do not store your full card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and are estimates, not guarantees. Items in one order may be dispatched separately. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the right to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and checked. Full details, including the returns address and which items cannot be returned, are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed. One code can be used per order. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Trendupia Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer caused by our breach of these terms that were foreseeable when the contract was formed. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supplier failure. We will tell you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect.
12. Privacy
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, email contact@trendupia.com and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot, you may be able to use the UK online dispute resolution services available through Citizens Advice.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
