Who runs Trendupia

Trendupia is operated by Trendupia Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We sell to UK customers, we price in pounds sterling, and our returns are handled from Manchester. If you want to speak to a person, the contact page reaches the same small team that packs and answers orders.

How we choose what we sell

We start from a problem rather than a product. Once we have a candidate we check the supplier rating, the order volume and the actual review text, not just the star average, and we look for the complaints that repeat. Sizing, build quality and whether the thing survives a month of real use decide most of it.

We then check the price against what the same item sells for elsewhere in the UK. If we cannot be competitive without cutting quality, we do not list it.

What we will not sell

• Counterfeits, replicas and anything using a brand it does not belong to
• Mains electricals without clear UK compliance information
• Supplements, medical devices and anything making a health claim we cannot support
• Children’s products where a safety standard would need verifying that we cannot verify
• Weapons and anything designed to cause harm

Delivery and returns in short

Delivery is free on every UK order with no minimum spend. Estimated timescales are shown on each product page and explained in full on the delivery page. Returns are accepted within 14 days. We need the item back before the refund is issued, and the full process is set out on the returns and refunds page.
