We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Trendupia. If something is not right, this page explains how returns and refunds work and your rights as a UK consumer.

Changed your mind?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel and return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be accepted, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories included. We may reduce your refund if an item is returned used, damaged or incomplete.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@trendupia.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will reply with a returns reference and confirm the next steps.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a note with your order number and returns reference.

3. Post the item to:

4. Keep your proof of postage. We recommend using a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Return postage

If you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the cost of the return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received at our returns address and checked. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the item, to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few further days to show the refund. The original standard delivery charge is refunded when the whole order is returned within the 14 day cancellation period.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described. If you report a fault within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund. After 30 days we will offer a repair or replacement first, and a refund if that is not possible. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange it.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons some items cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are faulty. These include personal care items such as earphones, hair and beauty tools that have been used, and sealed items where the seal has been broken. This is made clear on the product page.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
