Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us with the email address you used at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will change or cancel it for you. If it has been dispatched, you can return it under our returns policy.
Products
Are the products on Trendupia genuine and safe?
Every product is reviewed before listing, including its description, claims and imagery. We do not publish products that make unsupported medical or safety claims.
Why do some products have different delivery times?
Products ship from different fulfilment partners. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page so you always know before you buy.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Each product shows its own estimated delivery window. Orders containing more than one product may arrive in separate parcels.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and email address. Tracking details are also added to your account once they are available.
Returns
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back unused and in its original packaging. Email us first for a returns reference, then post it to Returns, Trendupia Limited, Flat 2, 4 Mayfield Road, Manchester M16 8FT.
When will I get my refund?
Once the item has arrived back with us and been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of the return.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure checkout. Available options are shown at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Trendupia never stores your full card details.
Accounts
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and keep your wishlist across devices.
Discounts
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the coupon box at checkout. One code can be used per order.
