What we collect
When you shop or contact us we may collect your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, order details, payment confirmation (we never see or store your full card number), account login details, messages you send us, and technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type.
How we use it and our lawful basis
To process and deliver your orders, take payment and handle returns (performance of a contract). To respond to enquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interests). To send service emails about your order (performance of a contract). To send marketing emails about new finds and offers, only where you have opted in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To keep our website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests and legal obligation). To understand how our site is used and improve it, using analytics cookies only with your consent (consent).
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed to run the business: payment providers to take payment, fulfilment partners and couriers to pack and deliver your order (this includes your name, delivery address and contact details), our website hosting and email providers, analytics and advertising providers where you have consented to cookies, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires.
International transfers
Some of our fulfilment partners and suppliers are located outside the United Kingdom. Where your delivery details are sent outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, and we only share what is needed to deliver your order.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting rules. Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to two years after. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again. Enquiry messages are kept for up to two years.
